“HI-TECH” DOUBLE GIRDER EOT CRANE | Single GIrder EOT Crane

SPECIAL FEATURES FOR SINGLE GIRDER “HI-TECH” CRANE/HOIST

1. Crane will be single girder box type construction fabricated from IS-2062 plates.
2. End Carriages will be fabricated from Rolled Section with stiffeners.
3. Two small checkered plate platforms will be provided on one side of the bridge girder.
4. Trolley frame will be fabricated from rolled sections.
5. Hand railings of tubular section will be provided on platform.
6. LT wheels will be EN-8/EN-9 forged and the hardness will be 250/300 BHN, mounted on “L” type bearing housing.
7. LT will be driven on floating shaft and will rotate LT wheel with drive machinery.
8. Geared flexible couplings will be provided for LT.
9. Gear Box bodies will be fabricated from MS plates.
10. All gears will be EN-8/EN-9 finished machine cut and with helical/Spur teeth, cut on accurate hobbing machine.
11. Gearbox will be totally enclosed type and oil bath lubricated.
12. Wire Rope drum will be fabricated from IS-2062 plates.
13. Rope sheaves will be of cast steel or C.I.
14. Hook will be EN-3 forged, single shake type as per ISS 3815.
15. All brakes will be Electromagnetic shoe/Disc type with T.C.
16. All contactors and relays will be Siemens/Telemechanic    
17. Make and fuses will be English Electric make.
18. Crane will be controlled from ground floor through Pendent Push Button and controlled voltage shall be 110/24 volts through our transformer.
